Any legal actions brought against Busy Bee Tools shall be taken up in an Ontario court of law. In no event shall Busy Bee Tools liability under this warranty exceed the purchase price paid for the product, regardless of timelines. We do not reimburse for third party repairs or any expenses related to repairs, moving of machinery in any manner.
